How do I qualify for a team tent for Yulefest?
All teams with 35 runners signed up by 12/1 receive a team tent and a team supply of food & beer.
What is included with Yulefest registration?
Registration includes a knit hat, 3 drink tickets, free food & snacks plus an awesome block party.

How do I enter a coupon code?
yulefest.eventbrite.com > tickets > individual/team > “enter promotional code” (located at the top) > checkout.
Can I get a refund?
Sorry, all race fees are non-refundable, non-exchangeable
How do I transfer my bib to someone else?
Go here > select race ticket > edit > type new runner's info (be sure to edit EVERY FIELD including gender, date of birth, email address & city, then check the box to send a confirmation to new runner) > save.
Can you mail my race swag?
Sorry, all race items must be picked-up at bib pick-up before the race.
Can I pick up my friend's bib?
Yes, you can pick up a maximum of 5 bibs. You MUST bring each runner's Eventbrite ticket so we can scan their QR code (no exceptions).
Will there be a bag check?
Yes, we will have a volunteer supervised bag check at the race. Bring your own bag and leave your valuables home. All bags are subject to search by local Police.
Can friends or family attend the party?
Sorry, the party is only for registered runners and volunteers.
How do you calculate the finish time for awards?
We use gun time for awards and net time for order of finish. If you think you can win the race, be sure to line up near the starting line.
How do you calculate the winning team's time?
We score the 1st Male, 1st Female plus next fastest M/F [net times].
